No, there will be no changes to existing contracts due to the acquisition. Vyne will continue to operate under Vyne Technologies Ltd which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) as an Authorised Payment Institution with reference number 925649.

6. Will there be any changes to checkouts or integrations?

No, there will be no changes to current checkouts or integrations. All existing integrations and checkouts will continue to function as they do today, with no development changes resulting from the acquisition.

7. Can I still add Vyne to my checkout?

Yes, you can! We are actively maintaining and enhancing our UK product and continue to onboard new clients.
