Sectors we can’t service for Wix.com merchants

If you are a Merchant signing up through Wix.com, we cannot provide our services to you if your business activities include any of the following:

• Financial services or products, including banking, investments and personal recommendations (whether or not licensed)
• Payment services, including issuing, acquiring, money remittance and E-Money activity (whether or not licensed)
• Any other activity which requires authorisation or registration by the Financial Conduct Authority or other equivalent authorities abroad, including but not limited to debt management, consumer credit, and peer-to-peer lending
• Sale, exchange or facilitation of cryptocurrency or crypto-assets (whether or not licensed)
• Gambling, lotteries, or any games of chance (whether or not licensed)
• Adult or erotic content
• Narcotics
• Multi-Level Marketing
• Firearms / replica weapons
• Pharmaceuticals
• Political donations or campaigns
• Timeshares
• Game or gambling hacks
• Defence / aerospace
• The sale or supply of food supplements or other quasi-nutritional items (including CBD products)
• Sale or resale of goods considered illegal in the UK or subject to special import/licensing restrictions
• Charities (whether or not licensed)
• Licensed accountancy or legal services
• Marketplace or intermediary activity
• Any activity which requires specific licensing to operate for which your Merchant’s business does not have such a licence
• Any other activity which breaches laws or applicable regulations in the UK or EEA
• Any business which sells product reviews, social media likes / follows, or any other activity which may breach the Terms and Conditions of another business
